I'm so glad spring break is next week. I'm sooooo burnt out. Plus I get to go see loco and we get to go to Batimore. 
I started reading Misery and it's amazing, very very creepy—I had to force myself to stop on the killer cliffhanger before I wrote this. I'm already a solid third of the way through the book. I'm also imagining Arthur from Mystery Skulls as the main character for some reason…? I think it's my overwhelming love of tormenting the poor bastard bleeding through to other form of media lol

Ohh I do NOT like the new journal layout at all. This is just universally bad and I don't like it. Anyway, I haven't added a journal in like seven months so let's get down to it. I ended up getting the vacation request, and I had a lovely time in Portland. I saw some old faves and did new things and tried new food and it was excellent. I didn't make it all the way through my reading challenge, but I got pretty far! But hey, speaking of goals, I finally won a NaNoWriMo! Turns out all it took was Lapiven haha. I'm maybe two thirds, three quarters of the way through the story so eventually it'll be posted for the masses. Work has been going well. Elena left in the middle of September (idk if she got fired or quit) and honestly? Major improvement. The atmosphere around work is just so much healthier. I got a promotion to FSR II, so that's exciting. Of course now that it's 2020 I should probably focus on getting my papers for the Senior FSR position in order. It's an 8% pay

I'm so ready for a vacation. I put in for a week in early June and hopefully Elena approves it soon bc I wanna get out of here.
Not much going on. I hit a slump creatively so that's a thing that's happened to me. I've been working on my reading challenge and have powered through some good ass books recently.

Currently marathoning M*A*S*H with Sounddrive (https://www.deviantart.com/sounddrive) and it's fun. We're on Season IV right now, and part of me is taken back to my high school days. The other part of me is blown away by how openly goddamned bisexual Hawkeye was. Like I was on the Hawkeye x BJ train well before I had a solid grasp of shipping as a whole, but great goddamn, even in seasons I-III, it's like bruh.
